- You will be coming in for your mid-term at the time scheduled for a rehearsal.
- During our 2 hour rehearsal you will earn rehearsal etiquette points.
- How to earn points:
- Raise your hand when asked a question
- Make astute observations
- Have a pencil
- Have your music/scores
- Reflection Essay Due at the end of the Mid-Term Rehearsal Time - submitted into the Google Classroom
- Write a 5 paragraph essay, typed, size 12 font, 1.5 - double spacing, that reflects your best writing
- Paragraph One: Introduction
- Paragraph Two: Discuss your year so far in choir. What aspects have you enjoyed in choir? What have you learned about yourself in choir? Have you met new people in choir? What is one moment or memory in choir that particularly stands out to you?
- Paragraph Three: Discuss your strengths in choir. What are the things that you are good at? What are your strengths? How do you contribute positively to the ensemble as a whole?
- Paragraph Four: Discuss what things you would like to improve upon in choir. Discuss what your goals are in choir from now until the end of the year. How do you hope to reach these goals and how do you plan on improving in choir?
- Paragraph Five: Conclusion

Please find on this page the information sheets and study guides for Term 2 assessments that are coming up in the next few weeks. Your recording of the threes cales (Solfege Pattern, the Natural Minor Scale, and the Harmonic Minor Scale) are due to be uploaded onto Moodle by Tuesday, January 10, 2017. You will be making only ONE (1) recording. Record all three scales in the same track. Good luck!
